Principally, our inspectors concern themselves with the condition of the critical components of a home. These components relate to the overall structural integrity of the building: the condition of the roof and associated rain water collection/diversion systems, the mechanical plant (heating, ventilation and cooling systems) and associated air distribution and ventilation systems and, finally, the electrical system. Beyond these critical concerns, our inspectors also address safety, energy conservation and occupant comfort issues. All in all, our inspectors report on the condition of over 400 different building components. Also provided with our inspection reports are preventative maintenance suggestions to assist the prospective buyer or homeowner in preserving and protecting their investment. In addition, all of our inspectors are Licensed Structural Pest Control Consultants, providing our customers with an added level of knowledge and assurance.
